My Story
I've been working in IT infrastructure and device management for over 7 years, with a particular focus on Apple technologies and enterprise automation. My journey began with general IT support and has evolved into specializing in large-scale device management and infrastructure automation.
At West Virginia University, I manage over 5,000 macOS and iOS/iPadOS devices across 18 Jamf Pro sites, implementing zero-touch workflows and automated solutions that streamline operations and enhance user experience. I believe in creating efficient, scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve system reliability.
My expertise spans from traditional IT infrastructure to modern cloud-based solutions, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and automation. I'm always exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve device management and infrastructure efficiency.
